With more than 30% of the factory's area, the Plastics sector has thermoforming and robotic cutting, occupying a large space in the variety of machines. These are machines for molding parts and finishing them, such as cutting.

We have 7 machines for forming plastic parts such as HDPE, ABS, PP ranging from 5 to 12 pieces per hour.

For pieces with maximum quality, we have the plastic cutting robot that allows perfect cutting and an excellent finish on the pieces.

Our thermoforming machines have adjustment specifications that adapt to the needs of each customer, as well as varying part sizes and raw materials.

The Quality certifications required in the automotive segment, such as: ISO 14000 and ISO TS16949 combined with its rigorous Internal Quality System that provide total safety and reliability to the parts produced.

We develop new parts according to the customer's needs, using the engineering team, quality laboratory and all the support needed in industrial developments.
