Here you can find several programs, such as the Employee Education Program, in which the company invests 50% on Primary and Secondary Education and 30% for Undergraduate and Graduate studies; Performance Evaluation; Organizational Atmosphere Research; Development Program; Leadership Development Program, Recruitment, Profit Sharing Program (PPLR), among others.
Labor Law
This Human Resources subsystem is responsible for maintaining a harmonious relationship between employer and employee. Here you can find several operations such as Payroll, Attendance and Access, Labor Law Administration, Labor Relations, among others.
Social
This Human Resources subsystem is responsible for the integration of employees, their family members and the community into the company. Here you can find several internal marketing-related actions, through the bi-monthly newspaper, internal panels, emails and folders that are fully customized and with several subjects that are of interest to all employees. Additionally, the company holds a Christmas party at the end of each year, a celebration for the employees and their family members with the distribution of presents to the kids by Santa Claus; Labor Day celebration, Employee Birthday Program, as well as support and donations to several social entities among other actions.
